Empowered by Beauty , Inc was established in 20018 in response to the dire need to help women achieve wholeness in life as opposed to a hand-out. This non-profit is not welfare. Rather, it is designed to offer an empowerment cycle leading to wholeness. Women (or even men) in transition, need more than a donation. In most cases, they need every aspect of their lives touched and enhanced.
